Key Responsibilities

• Optimize revenue processes including lead to opportunity workflows and pipeline management
• Own CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) with a focus on configuration, automation, and data governance
• Deliver reporting and insights through dashboards and data analysis for sales strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics in a B2B environment
• Proven track record in building and maintaining CRM systems and leading forecasting processes
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing insights
• Experience in driving data integrity and operational cadence across teams
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
