Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive performance and optimize processes within a high-growth sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, quota setting, and performance management
- Build and maintain dashboards for sales pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with Sales Ops leadership to execute forecasting and troubleshoot data integrity issues
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- Proficient in GTM tech-stack including Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong
- Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams
