Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with a high growth sales organization and drive performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, and performance management
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity while analyzing key performance metrics
  • Optimize the sales tech stack and partner with Sales Ops leadership for forecasting and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of continuous process improvement and strategic impact
  • Experience with GTM tech-stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
