Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with a high growth sales organization and drive performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of core SalesOps processes such as lead distribution and performance management
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity
  • Report and analyze key performance metrics, highlighting trends and flagging issues to Sales Leadership
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
  • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
  • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
  • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
