Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with a high growth sales organization and drive performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of core SalesOps processes such as lead distribution and performance management
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity
- Report and analyze key performance metrics, highlighting trends and flagging issues to Sales Leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
- Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
- GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
