Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize core systems and processes that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and operate the commercial system of record, ensuring data integrity and accurate deal stages
  • Run the operating rhythm for the revenue organization, including pipeline reviews and forecasting cycles
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience administering CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales environments, ideally in SaaS or industrial tech
  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce process discipline
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling and ability to configure workflows and reporting within CRM systems
