Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive process consistency and operational excellence across its GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales forecasting and deliver actionable analysis on pipeline health
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including quota setting and capacity modeling
- Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into revenue performance and customer health
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and revenue intelligence tools
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success
- Experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and GTM processes that scale with growth
- Fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward applying them
