Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on sales process governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a Sales Governance team, establishing goals and fostering a culture of operational excellence
- Own performance management and governance analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams on efficiency and decision-making
- Drive data quality and audits across systems, defining standards for data hygiene and managing high-volume case work
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
- 2+ years of people management experience in operational or shared-services teams
- Experience designing and improving operational processes that are auditable and scalable
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM and other GTM tools
- Proven analytical skills to analyze trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
