Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage operational frameworks to ensure efficient delivery of sold revenue across brand customer offerings
  • Own metrics for campaign health and operational performance, providing insights for staffing and investment decisions
  • Design and improve workflows for customer operations, identifying and resolving inefficiencies


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations within a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to implement cross-functional processes that yield measurable outcomes
  • Strong command of Salesforce or similar customer management platforms
  • Experience with capacity planning and forecasting related to operational capacity
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
