Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own operational frameworks to ensure efficient delivery of sold revenue across brand customer offerings
  • Build and maintain reporting systems to track campaign health, budget utilization, and delivery risk
  • Design and continuously improve workflows that transition customers from sale to delivery completion
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations in a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong command of Salesforce or similar customer management platforms
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
  • Understanding of services delivery or agency operations; experience in the creator economy or marketing industry is a plus
