Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own operational frameworks to ensure efficient delivery of sold revenue across brand customer offerings
- Build and maintain reporting systems to track campaign health, budget utilization, and delivery risk
- Design and continuously improve workflows that transition customers from sale to delivery completion
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations in a SaaS or professional services environment
- Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong command of Salesforce or similar customer management platforms
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, or resource modeling
- Understanding of services delivery or agency operations; experience in the creator economy or marketing industry is a plus
