Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive performance visibility and governance across the go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline health reporting, forecast analytics, and conversion metrics across the full funnel
- Serve as primary owner of the Deal Desk process, ensuring disciplined pricing and contract governance
- Partner with CRO and Finance to design and administer sales compensation plans aligned to growth objectives
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related role in B2B SaaS
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and CRM reporting expertise
- Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV
