Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce pipeline integrity and forecasting standards across sales operations
  • Forecast demand and manage resource allocation for professional services operations
  • Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to inform strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot administration and modern business intelligence tools
  • Proven track record of forecasting and reporting for leadership or boards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
