Job Summary

Revenue Operations Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for building and scaling the RevOps function, optimizing HubSpot, and enhancing revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize HubSpot, and design scalable revenue processes
  • Define and maintain reliable revenue data, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights
  • Establish forecasting methodologies and drive improvements in pipeline performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • Experience as a foundational or early RevOps hire
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong data fluency and experience with dashboards and forecasting models
  • Background in entertainment, media, talent management, or creator economy preferred
