Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager, responsible for building the operational foundation for partnerships, including pipeline infrastructure and attribution logic, in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the pipeline infrastructure for partnerships, defining stage logic and attribution models
- Own attribution logic for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, ensuring data accuracy for decision-making
- Configure and maintain CRM architecture to support partner engagement and activity tracking
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with a focus on channel or partnerships
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including custom configurations
- Understanding of partner attribution methodologies and compensation structures
- Experience with partner tooling and reporting for indirect sales motions
- Ability to translate complex systems logic into clear insights for various stakeholders
