Job Summary

To support sales efficiency and revenue growth, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will manage and optimize the sales pipeline, implement process improvements, and collaborate with sales teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and optimize sales pipeline stages, ensuring timely deal progression and reducing bottlenecks
  • Develop and implement best practices for sales processes, collaborating with senior leaders to execute sales strategies
  • Track key metrics related to deal progression and provide data-driven insights to refine processes and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role focused on pipeline management
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales processes across multiple stages
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Sales and Marketing modules
