Job Summary
As the operational backbone of post-sales organizations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will manage reporting and dashboards for ARR performance, analyze customer trends to inform strategic changes, and design scalable post-sales processes to enhance customer retention and expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Own reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into ARR performance across churn, contraction, reactivation, and expansion
- Analyze trends in churn, contraction, and expansion to identify root causes and inform adjustments to GTM strategies
- Facilitate business reviews with Customer Success and Account Management leaders to support renewals and growth metrics
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related fields within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in building reporting and managing workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight; SQL or advanced analytics experience is a plus
- Familiarity with customer health metrics and retention drivers
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects
- Ability to present insights and forecasts to senior leaders effectively
