Job Summary

Partnering closely with a growing Sales organization, the full-time salaried Revenue Operations Manager will optimize sales and customer success processes, ensure data accuracy, and drive alignment across the revenue lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize sales and customer success processes from opportunity management to churn management
  • Create customer success dashboards and reports to manage key metrics such as ARR and retention
  • Analyze trends across the revenue funnel to identify risks and opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports and dashboards
  • Demonstrated success working with Sales and Customer Success teams on pipeline management and performance analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Experience with GTM technology and familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics
