Job Summary
Serving as a strategic business partner to sales leaders, the full-time salaried Revenue Operations Manager will manage performance reporting, KPI tracking, and business analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track business objectives and enhance sales productivity
- Participate in annual business planning, including capacity planning, territory carving, and quota setting
- Derive actionable insights from data analyses to improve go-to-market effectiveness and support growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, or a related analytical role
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau
- Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Experience in a scaling organization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
