Job Summary
Owning the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will build the RevOps roadmap, manage revenue forecasting, and oversee HubSpot administration in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute the RevOps roadmap while managing revenue forecasting and system processes to enhance the buyer journey
- Develop financial models and track key metrics such as ARR, MRR, and churn to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Administer the HubSpot CRM, including pipeline configuration and workflow automation, ensuring data integrity across systems
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a SaaS B2B company
- Strong expertise in financial operations, including ARR/MRR reporting and churn analysis
- Hands-on experience in customer success operations, including health scoring and renewal workflows
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot, including pipeline configuration and reporting, with certifications being a plus
- Proficient in analytical modeling with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and BI tool experience preferred
