Job Summary

Managing day-to-day revenue operations, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will oversee CPQ, billing, deal desk functions, and cross-functional processes while leading a team and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and IT in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop two direct reports, focusing on their career growth and daily prioritization
  • Oversee deal desk operations, resolving billing issues and collaborating on CPQ updates
  • Deliver insights on revenue metrics and maintain executive-level reporting to inform leadership decisions
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations function
  • Experience managing direct reports and developing early-career operations professionals
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with incentive compensation administration
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze pipeline data and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Revenue organizations strongly preferred
