Job Summary
Driving sales operations to new heights, the hybrid Revenue Operations Manager will manage sales data, tools, and processes while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrity and accessibility of revenue data while developing dashboards for actionable insights
- Manage and optimize the CRM and related tools to ensure seamless data flows and process automation
- Design and continuously improve revenue processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and increasing revenue
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking with the capability to execute on both tactical and strategic levels
