Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale the GTM technology infrastructure and Deal Operations function in a full-time remote role, focusing on leading Salesforce implementations, managing a team, and driving revenue efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the GTM technology stack strategy and roadmap, ensuring data integrity and adoption across sales and revenue teams
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators/Developers and a Deal Desk Analyst, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide oversight for the Deal Desk function, ensuring efficient deal structuring and approval processes while managing complex deal execution workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with GTM technology stacks, particularly strong Salesforce fluency and experience leading complex implementations
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ implementations and managing technical teams
  • Strong command of deal execution processes and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable systems
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies
