Job Summary
Driving revenue predictability and operational excellence, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will build and optimize the operational engine for the go-to-market organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annual and quarterly revenue planning process, including quota setting and territory design
- Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team, enforcing consistent sales processes across all GTM segments
- Build and maintain a comprehensive GTM analytics function that delivers actionable insights to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth at a SaaS company with $75M-$300M+ in ARR
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and BI/analytics tools
- Strong command of SaaS metrics, revenue modeling, and financial forecasting
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence and present to C-suite and Board
