Job Summary

Managing the revenue operating rhythm, the full-time hybrid Revenue Operations Manager will own pipeline reviews, produce revenue reports, and manage Salesforce to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain ELT materials and run bi-weekly pipeline reviews
  • Create analysis and synthesize reporting into clear narratives for the CRO and sales leadership
  • Automate workflows and identify activities for improved efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools
  • Experience with AI and automation tools in a work setting
  • Ability to synthesize ambiguous data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with a self-starter mentality
  • No traditional Sales Ops background required; problem-solving skills are valued
