Job Summary
To support a growing Solutions Engineering team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will drive forecasting, deal inspection, and AI transformation while managing operational workflows and enhancing pre-sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive forecasting, deal inspection, and win/loss analysis for Solutions Engineering, providing updates and strategic narratives to leadership
- Accelerate AI transformation by identifying opportunities and managing the design and deployment of AI agents for operational workflows
- Manage variable compensation operations, including target setting, quota uploads, and attainment tracking
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Engineering
- Deep knowledge of pre-sales methodology, deal qualification, and pipeline management
- Experience leading technology-enabled business process transformations with a focus on AI and automation tools
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data, including building reports for executives and senior leaders
- Direct experience with a SaaS business model and core KPIs in a high-growth environment
