Job Summary

Building the foundational RevOps function from scratch, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will architect systems, data, and processes to support a fast-growing go-to-market team while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and own the RevOps function end-to-end, including systems, data, processes, and reporting across the revenue lifecycle
  • Own reporting, KPIs/OKRs, and forecasting, turning data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Architect and optimize core go-to-market processes, including lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at a fast-growing, early-stage venture-backed startup
  • Proven track record of building RevOps systems and processes from the ground up
  • Strong command of modern SaaS GTM tech stacks, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Deep analytical skills with fluency in SaaS metrics and financial modeling
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with tight deadlines
