Job Summary

To support a growing go-to-market organization, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will drive efficient growth through scalable processes, systems, reporting, and insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Support lead and pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, and executive reporting while managing HubSpot administration and optimization
  • Analyze business performance to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities, developing actionable insights across the funnel
  • Establish CRM governance and drive adoption of operational best practices across teams to ensure data integrity and process consistency
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and business process design
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes in growing organizations
