Job Summary
To optimize pipeline management and revenue operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, oversee the implementation of sales tools, and enhance data analytics to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operating cadence, including weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews
- Partner with Sales Leadership on segmentation, lead enrichment, and performance analytics
- Design and implement AI-native workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or GTM Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise and experience with the GTM stack
- Proven track record of improving workflows through hypothesis-driven testing
- Strong SQL and data analytics skills
- Experience scaling GTM processes from fewer than 10 to over 50 sellers
