Job Summary

Taking ownership of the revenue systems ecosystem, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will optimize HubSpot architecture, ensure data integrity, and enhance forecasting infrastructure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the performance and scalability of the full revenue systems ecosystem, including HubSpot and GTM tooling
  • Lead efforts to maintain CRM data quality standards and ensure reliable data environments for decision-making across teams
  • Serve as the operational connector across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships while managing deal desk operations
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in revenue operations or GTM systems roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot architecture, governance, and workflow design
  • Experience with forecasting and analytics, capable of building and maturing reporting infrastructure
  • Familiarity with deal desk operations, including reviewing deal structures and pricing
  • Proven ability to establish cross-functional credibility and operational reliability
