Job Summary
Driving operational excellence across Support and Professional Services, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will build processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure to enhance customer experiences and connect these efforts to retention and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Services and Support leadership to define and operationalize delivery models and resource allocation
- Support annual and quarterly planning, including staffing models and service-level commitments for onboarding and support teams
- Build and optimize reporting on services delivery, support performance, and identify systemic improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Services Operations, Support Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with services delivery models such as professional services and technical support operations
- Strong analytical and modeling skills for building utilization models and SLA tracking
- Excellent project management skills with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on ownership mindset
