Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Senior Manager will analyze revenue performance, optimize processes, and enhance systems to drive scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Product departments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue improvement
- Design scalable solutions to operational inefficiencies and improve core revenue processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and support planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably at a startup or technology company
- Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
