Job Summary

As the first Revenue Operations Manager in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will own the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that integrate Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, focusing on building and maintaining a coherent revenue operations framework.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and maintain the GTM tech stack, ensuring integration and efficiency across tools like HubSpot and Monday.com
  • Establish and enforce pipeline data standards and create dashboards for performance tracking against leadership-set targets
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and implement lead attribution policies and commission tracking infrastructure
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience in building reporting and dashboards to track GTM performance
  • Proficiency with automation platforms like Make or Zapier and project management tools like Monday.com
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create user-friendly reports in Google Sheets or Excel
