Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will manage revenue performance analytics, optimize revenue processes, and enhance systems and tools to support scalable revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue improvement
- Design scalable solutions to optimize core revenue processes and improve operational consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on go-to-market processes and support planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably at a startup or technology company
- Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
