Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Senior Manager will analyze revenue performance, optimize processes, and enhance systems to drive scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities and build reporting dashboards
  • Design scalable solutions to operational inefficiencies and standardize workflows across the revenue lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market processes and support planning initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally with a consulting background
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
