Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will manage CRM systems, optimize deal execution processes, and ensure pricing accuracy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the sales tech stack and CRM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and document pricing sheets for customer deals, ensuring final approved pricing is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to support revenue-driving initiatives through effective pricing operations and reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or deal/pricing operations
- Experience managing CRM and sales systems with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and support business needs
- Experience in pricing documentation such as quotes or order forms
- FinTech, payments, or financial services experience is highly preferred
