Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager, this full-time hybrid position will manage CRM operations, sales enablement, and revenue strategy while collaborating with leadership to drive predictable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive-level analysis on revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and growth opportunities
- Partner with Finance to align forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
- Serve as the business owner of HubSpot CRM, ensuring strong adoption, governance, and data quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM administration experience
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with media and digital marketing experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead training, create documentation, and simplify complex workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
