Job Summary
To meet immediate growth needs, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will build and scale the operational backbone of the revenue engine by ensuring data integrity, delivering insights, and supporting sales process execution while collaborating across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own accuracy and integrity of data across Salesforce and BI tools, implementing quality processes and maintaining data dictionaries
- Develop and manage dashboards and standardized revenue reporting to provide actionable insights on performance and pipeline
- Define and maintain sales processes and documentation to support clarity and automation across the organization
Required qualifications
- 4-8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, focusing on reporting and data management
- Proven ability to work with complex, multi-source datasets and experience with data validation and QA processes
- Experience managing projects end-to-end and driving adoption across teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a high attention to detail
