Job Summary
Owning the systems and processes that drive revenue, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will manage CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and deal workflows while collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HubSpot and Airtable CRM, ensuring data quality and managing integrations with other tools
- Build and maintain pipeline and forecast reporting for commercial leadership, analyzing risks and opportunities
- Document and optimize the sales process, creating scalable SOPs and ensuring effective handoffs across teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows and integrations; certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with BI tools
- Experience with Airtable or similar CRM tools, and comfort using AI tools for data analysis
- Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and process improvement
