Job Summary
To design and own the systems that power the B2B revenue engine, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will architect sales infrastructure, manage HubSpot, and implement AI-enabled workflows while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, addressing unique challenges at Cambly
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including data model, pipeline stages, automations, and reporting
- Implement and optimize call recording/conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insight
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and call recording tools
- Experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow
- Proven track record of architecting systems or processes from a loose brief
- Technical mindset with comfort in data, integrations, and automation logic
