Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance billing operations, the full-time remote Revenue & Billing Operations Manager will oversee the billing-to-cash cycle, manage a team, and implement automation for efficient billing and collections processes across 2,500+ customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the billing process for multiple entities, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
• Own the collections cycle, including aging review, dispute resolution, and cash application across all entities
• Design and implement automated workflows and evaluate third-party tools to streamline billing and collections processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of order to cash experience with 2+ years in a management role at a $50M+ revenue scale
• Proven experience in redesigning billing and collections processes
• Knowledge of contract terms and ASC 606 for various revenue streams
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including saved searches and report building
• Familiarity with Salesforce for billing validation and contract management
