Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading billing and revenue accounting processes for a global customer base, the full-time Manager, Revenue & Billing Operations will ensure accurate invoicing, oversee collections, and drive process optimization remotely while collaborating closely with various teams and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, managing the invoicing lifecycle and ensuring alignment with contract terms and pricing structures
• Lead month-end close activities and perform contract analyses under ASC 606, ensuring compliance and accurate revenue recognition
• Continuously improve billing, accounts receivable, and revenue processes for scalability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong Order to Cash & Revenue Accounting experience
