Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading billing and revenue accounting processes for a global customer base, the full-time Manager, Revenue & Billing Operations will oversee accurate invoicing, collections, and compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue flux commentary, while ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Continuously improve billing, accounts receivable, and revenue processes for scalability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong experience with Order to Cash and Revenue Accounting processes
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
