Job Summary
To drive growth and optimize revenue operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will build and iterate AI-powered workflows, manage core revenue processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives within a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance insights for revenue teams
- Own and evolve core revenue workflows, ensuring scalability and an AI-first approach
- Lead major Rev Ops initiatives from problem definition to implementation, evaluating and deploying AI-native tools
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles in complex environments
- Fluency in AI tools and concepts, including prompt engineering and AI orchestration
- Strong data analysis skills, with SQL fluency or the ability to quickly acquire it
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional projects involving systems and process changes
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and drive team alignment
