Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Operations Manager will serve as the analytical and AI backbone for the Care Partnerships team, focusing on building performance infrastructure, applying AI tools for self-service analytics, and delivering strategic analysis to enhance partner relationships and referral volumes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for AI to enhance performance and partner prioritization within Care Partnerships
- Develop self-service analytics tools for partner success and business development teams
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to support go-to-market decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy & operations, preferably in a growth-stage company
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience applying AI tools to business challenges in sales or go-to-market functions
- Ability to build infrastructure from scratch and drive adoption in ambiguous environments
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and defend ideas clearly
