Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
To lead high-priority strategic initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will build and own the reporting layer for business insights, partner cross-functionally for execution, and leverage AI to enhance operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end reporting for leadership, including data integrity and narrative development
- Translate operational and data needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering
Required qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and modern data/BI tools for independent analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on turning data into actionable insights
