Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support the execution of the company's Revenue Operations function, the part-time Revenue Operations Manager will manage CRM administration, business intelligence, reporting, and process improvement activities while working remotely for 20-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of enterprise revenue operations initiatives and coordinate pipeline reviews and forecasting activities
- Maintain CRM data integrity, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Monitor enterprise pipeline health and support business development teams with analytics and market research
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations
- Proficiency in CRM, reporting, analytics, and forecasting
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
- Strong background in business intelligence and data governance
