Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the operational engine of Pendulum's Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will oversee Amazon and marketplace operations, manage MAP compliance, and support retail and HCP sales channels to ensure precision and accountability as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for Amazon, including catalog management, promotional planning, and inventory monitoring
• Manage MAP compliance and unauthorized reseller enforcement, ensuring brand protection across all online channels
• Execute operational workflows for retail partner onboarding and support cross-functional coordination for retail execution needs

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, e-commerce operations, or marketplace management
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management and performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools preferred
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional workflows and operational infrastructure
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
