Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth implementation team, the full-time Revenue Operations Manager will design and execute processes, manage data and tooling, and ensure efficient client onboarding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation process design, including workflow stage definitions and documented playbooks
• Manage implementation systems and automation, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting across tools like Jira and CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain delivery rigor, capacity planning, and quality assurance for client configurations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation operations, professional services operations, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
• Proven track record of establishing repeatable delivery processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Atlassian tools for project and workflow configuration
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards and interpret operational data
