Revenue Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Manager will manage the administration and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and reduce technical debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, data models, permissions, and automation
- Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a complex or growing business environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, relationships, permissions, and automation
- Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce data quality, reporting, and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
