Revenue Operations Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Sr. Analyst / Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational partner to the Sales team, providing support and guidance across systems and processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Build and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance trends and key business drivers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
• Experience with GTM workstreams and processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• High level of ownership and accountability; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating documentation and training materials
