Revenue Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will manage revenue performance analytics, optimize revenue processes, and enhance systems and tools to support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify revenue improvement opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions for core revenue processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on go-to-market processes and support planning initiatives

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally with consulting experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting dashboard creation
• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
